Our consultations are led exclusively by Rachel, Independent Nurse Prescriber and Clinic Director, with over a decade of specialist experience in medical aesthetics. During your consultation Rachel will assess your concerns, facial anatomy or skin in full and recommend the most clinically appropriate, personalised treatment plan for your goals — with complete honesty and no pressure. SKIN STUDIO CONSULTATIONS If you're interested in The Skin Studio treatments — particularly any prescriptive add-ons such as Microtox, skin booster injections, polynucleotides, exosomes or Profhilo — a face-to-face consultation with Rachel is mandatory at least 48 hours before treatment. This is a legal requirement under UK aesthetic regulations and cannot be waived. Please book this consultation before selecting any prescriptive add-on at checkout. MANDATORY 48-HOUR CONSULTATIONS Under UK aesthetic regulations, a face-to-face consultation is legally required at least 48 hours before treatment for: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, dermal filler dissolving, WOW Fusion with Botox, Biotin and Vitamin B12 injections, weight loss medication, and hyperhidrosis treatment. By booking any of these services you confirm you understand treatment cannot be provided on the same day as your consultation. CONSULTATION FEES Your £50 consultation deposit is fully redeemable against your treatment when you proceed to book. For weight loss, skincare (with the exception of The Skin Studio), and acne consultations, the £50 fee is not redeemable against treatment. If following your consultation you are deemed unsuitable or choose not to proceed, a £10 fee applies to cover practitioner time — except where the £50 non-redeemable fee has already been charged.
