1:1 SHADOWING PROGRAMME
Mentoring is a central part of Health Education England (HEE) 2015 government training recommendations for independent delivery of medical aesthetic procedures. These recommendations require you to observe 20 patients undergoing treatments as part of your training.
As a result, the SEBASTIAN ROSE MEDICAL AESTHETICS TRAINING ACADEMY FOUNDATION COURSES, along with our MENTORING PROGRAMMES, are specifically designed to help you meet these guidelines. Our 1:1 SHADOWING PROGRAMME enables you to fully meet the HEE observation criteria quickly and efficiently, and allows you to be signed off as observing 20 clients undergoing a variety of treatments within only 2 days.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Our 1:1 SHADOWING PROGRAMME is spread over 2 days to allow time and space for questions and intensive, personalised training. Observing patient treatments and shadowing an experienced practitioner is a crucial part of the HEE 2015 training specifications, and our 1:1 SHADOWING PROGRAMME allows you to fully complete the observation component required for future independent practice. In only two days, you will observe our aesthetic clinician administer a wide range of diverse treatments to at least 20 patients whilst simultaneously gaining 100% of your required observed cases: which is half of your entire logbook!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Observe a wide range of different clients and treatments in our flagship clinic in Cardiff
Injection techniques: watch our expert clinicians first-hand as you receive live instruction and explanation, with any and all of your questions answered
Adaptability. Every client is different, and you will get to observe patients from a range of ages, genders, backgrounds etc. Being able to adapt your clinical practice to meet an individuals needs and expectations will vastly improve your future clinical practice.
From initial consultation to aftercare, you will get to observe the entire treatment process, helping to build your awareness and necessity of each stage. This helps to build your confidence and increase your knowledge, so that you can confidently inject clients during your future supervised practice.

ON COMPLETION
On successful completion of the course, you will receive:
