About this treatment

Why Consider Getting the Flu Vaccine? The flu is more than just a bad cold; it's a serious illness that can have you bedridden for up to two weeks, even if you're generally healthy. The flu virus spreads easily through coughing, sneezing, and even direct hand contact, making it challenging to avoid. Symptoms of the flu include: Persistent coughing Body aches and muscle soreness Headaches Chills and shivering High temperature or fever Feeling disoriented or out of sorts Is the Flu Vaccine Available to You at No Cost? Note that the NHS offers complimentary flu vaccinations to individuals who are 65 years old or older, as well as to those considered vulnerable and their caregivers. We recommend contacting your local pharmacy or general practitioner to see if you qualify for a free vaccine. Please be aware that our clinic does not provide this complimentary service.
