How does it work?
- Simply book your treatment as normal on our website.
- Attend the clinic as normal
- Following your treatment(s), let us know at reception that you would like to use Klarna
- Klarna will then send you a link to your mobile phone (during normal working and opening hours)
- Follow the instructions given to you by Klarna.
- Depending on the option you choose, you will either pay nothing now and pay 30 days later, or split your payments into three!
- Once Klarna has processed your application you're all done!
- Klarna will also send you an email confirmation and reminders when it's time to pay.

If for any reason whatsoever you are not able to pay using Klarna, full payment will be due immediately via an alternative payment method.

Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider, providing payment solutions to over 200'000 stores worldwide, including Schuh, New Look, JD Sports, Asos, and Nike to name just a few.
What do I need in order to start?
You must be a UK resident.
You must be aged 18 years or older.
You must have a UK bank account.
Does Klarna run a credit check?
Klarna will perform what is known as a 'soft search' to check your identity, this does not affect your credit rating and is only visible to you and Klarna. This search is not visible to other lenders.
Is there a minimum spend?
We accept Klarna payment options for all treatments over the cost of £80.
Is Klarna 'Pay in 3' really interest-free?
Yes, there is zero interest on your payments.
And no fees?
No fee's whatsoever.
Do you charge more for the treatments if taken as 'Pay Later', or 'Pay in 3'?
No, your treatment price using Pay Later / Pay in 3 is exactly the same as if you paid the full amount upfront.

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Klarna payments are subject to your financial circumstances. Klarna may have rejected your application to Pay later in 3. We’d recommend choosing another type or payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
2. You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna purchases.
3. You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your date of birth.
Please note that Klarna is an independent payment company and SEBASTIAN ROSE has no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.
