Every injectable treatment is carried out by NMC or GMC-registered medical professionals using MHRA-licensed products only. Prices below are per session unless stated. A face-to-face consultation is legally required at least 48 hours before any treatment that requires a prescription (as noted on relevant treatments), and is free when you attend your treatment booking — the deposit comes off the cost of your treatment.
A GUIDE TO OUR TREATMENTS
Alluzience
Alluzience is the only botulinum toxin licensed in the UK to last up to six months, roughly twice the duration of standard treatment. It is a ready-to-use liquid formulation from Galderma requiring no reconstitution, which means a consistently precise dose every time. One area is £199, two areas £299 and three areas £399. Worth considering if you find yourself rebooking every three months.
Biofiller
Bio Filler is a completely natural alternative to hyaluronic acid filler, created from your own blood. There is no risk of allergic reaction, rejection or synthetic ingredients, and it releases growth factors that continue stimulating collagen long after the gel itself absorbs. From £400 for the eye area and £600 for full face, with two-session courses at £750 and £1,100. Suitable for face, under-eyes, hands, neck and body.
Biostimulators
Biostimulators are a fundamentally different category of injectable. Rather than replacing lost volume the way a filler does, they trigger your own collagen and elastin production, so results develop gradually over months and last significantly longer. We offer Sculptra from £250, Juvelook from £300, Julaine at £750, polynucleotides from £199 and Rejuran from £199. Most work best as a short course rather than a single session, which we will discuss honestly at consultation.
Eye Treatments
The eye area is the most delicate and technically demanding zone in aesthetics, and one of the most rewarding when treated correctly. We offer tear trough filler at £299, bio filler from £400, Lumieyes from £149, Plinest Eyes from £199, PRP from £280, Sunekos at £250 and the Bright Eye Treatment at £199. Under-eye hollowing, dark circles, fine lines and crepiness each respond to different products — which is why assessment matters more here than anywhere else.
Korean Treatments
The Korean aesthetics approach prioritises skin health, radiance and quality over volume and correction. Our Korean range brings the most clinically advanced K-beauty innovations to Cardiff, administered to medical standards: Juvelook from £300, Rejuran from £199, Restylane Vital at £249, the Korean Glass Skin Facial at £125 and Skin Botox, also known as Korean Microtox, at £250 for a poreless, luminous finish without affecting facial expression.
Medical & Specialist Toxin
Botulinum toxin is one of the most clinically versatile prescription medicines available, and wrinkle reduction is only a fraction of what it does. We treat eyelid ptosis from £120, facial tics at £210, bruxism and teeth grinding at £220, hyperhidrosis from £249 for the face and £320 for underarms, TrapTox for trapezius tension at £375 and chronic migraine at £399. Migraine treatment requires written confirmation of diagnosis from your GP or specialist.
Polynucleotides
The most advanced injectable skin regeneration available. Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments that repair skin at a cellular level, and they are particularly effective around the delicate under-eye area where filler is often the wrong tool. We offer the full range of premium brands — Plinest, Newest, Vitaran, Rejuran, Plenhyage and Lumieyes — selected by your practitioner based on the treatment area and your specific concern. From £199 for face, eyes, neck, scalp and body.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are injected into the skin rather than under it, improving hydration, texture and quality without adding volume. Profhilo from £240 remains one of the most clinically effective, delivering 64mg of ultra-pure hyaluronic acid per 2ml and stimulating four types of collagen and two forms of elastin at once. Also available: Profhilo Structura from £320 for volume loss, SkinVive at £250, Seventy Hyal from £199, Restylane Vital at £249 and WOW Fusion from £150.
FAQ's
Are your prices the same as advertised?
The prices on this page are a guide and are confirmed at consultation. Where a treatment shows "from", the final cost depends on how much product you need, the 'from' price is usually for 1ml of filler, for example, but you may need 'more' than 1.0ml to achieve the result you want. which is assessed in person — we will not quote you a firm figure for something we have not yet seen. We do not add hidden fees, and we will tell you honestly if a cheaper treatment would serve you better than an expensive one.
Do I need a consultation before botox?
Yes. A face-to-face prescription consultation at least 48 hours before treatment is a legal requirement for botulinum toxin in the UK, introduced in June 2025. We carry this out as a matter of course and will never administer a prescription treatment without one. The consultation is free provided you go ahead with treatment — the £50 deposit comes off the cost on the day.
Do you charge for a consultation?
Botox, general aesthetic, Skin Studio and vitamin B12 consultations are free when you go ahead with treatment. A deposit is taken at booking and comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. Acne, skin care and weight loss consultations are £50 and not redeemable, because you are paying for a specialist clinical assessment and a personalised plan rather than putting a deposit down against a product.
Do you offer payment plans?
Klarna is available at checkout online and in clinic. We also offer three monthly membership tiers — Glow at £69, Renew at £129 and Icon at £249 — which spread the cost of regular treatment and include member pricing. Course pricing is available on most regenerative treatments, and packages combining treatments generally work out lower than booking each individually.
How long does botox take to work?
Botulinum toxin typically begins working within three to five days, with full results at around three weeks. This is why we do not assess results or offer top-ups before the two-week mark. Standard treatment lasts three to four months. Alluzience, the only toxin licensed in the UK for up to six months, lasts roughly twice as long — which for many patients means two treatments a year rather than three or four.
How much is botox in Cardiff?
At Sebastian Rose, anti-wrinkle injections start from £99 for a single small area. One full area is £150, two areas £180 and three areas £220. Full face is £799. Alluzience, licensed to last up to six months, is £199 for one area. Prices in Cardiff vary widely, and the difference usually reflects who is injecting and what they are injecting — all our treatments are carried out by NMC or GMC-registered prescribers using MHRA-licensed products.
How much is lip filler in Cardiff?
Lip filler at Sebastian Rose starts from £140. We use FDA-licensed lip filler in clinic and are partnered with Galderma. How much product you need depends on what you want to achieve — 0.5ml suits a subtle enhancement or correction of unevenness, 1.0ml gives overall enhancement while still looking natural, and 1.5ml gives maximum definition in a single session. Russian and doll lip technique is £220.
Is filler or Profhilo better?
They do different jobs, so the honest answer is that it depends what is bothering you. Filler replaces lost volume and creates structure — cheeks, jawline, lips, chin. Profhilo, from £240, does not add volume at all; it improves skin quality, hydration and laxity by remodelling the tissue. If your concern is crepey, dull or lax skin, Profhilo. If it is flatness or loss of definition, filler. Many patients eventually have both.
What are polynucleotides and are they worth it?
Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments that repair skin at a cellular level rather than filling or freezing anything. They are particularly valuable under the eyes, where filler is often the wrong tool and can make things worse. From £199. They work gradually over a course rather than instantly, so they suit patients thinking in terms of skin health over months rather than an immediate change.
