Nu-Derm Clear #3 is a skin lightening and correction cream designed to reduce dark spots and even out skin tone. It plays a crucial role in the Therapeutic Cascade and features 4% hydroquinone in an activating base, aimed at addressing uneven skin pigmentation and brown spots.
 
CAUTION: Avoid using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Instructions: Apply the cream in the morning and evening after using Obagi Vitamin C or Obagi Nu-Derm Toner, as prescribed.
 
Active Ingredient: 4% Hydroquinone USP, prescription only.
Composition: Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear includes 40mg of hydroquinone USP, combined with purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben.
