For early to mid-stage jowls, jowl filler replaces lost volume at the side of the face and supports tissue that has dropped with age, for a more lifted jawline. Jowl filler is from £399. Book jowl filler

DERMAL FILLERS FOR MEN
More men are choosing filler, most often for the jawline, chin, cheeks and under-eyes. Treatment for men is planned differently: the aim is a stronger, more defined jaw and chin with flatter cheek contours, keeping masculine proportions rather than softening them. Popular options are jawline filler, chin filler and profile balancing. Your consultation is part of your appointment, so we'll agree the plan with you before any treatment.
WHO CARRIES OUT YOUR DERMAL FILLER TREATMENT?
Every dermal filler treatment at Sebastian Rose is carried out by GMC or NMC-registered medical professionals holding Level 7 in Aesthetic Medicine, with 24 years of healthcare experience including emergency medicine and over a decade in full-time medical aesthetics.
Dermal filler isn't a prescription-only medicine in the UK, so the law doesn't limit who can inject it, and it's worth checking who is treating you. We use CE or UKCA-marked hyaluronic acid fillers from verified UK suppliers, choose the product for each area and each person, and keep the dissolving enzyme and emergency medicines on site.

Which areas can dermal filler treat?
We treat the lips, cheeks, jawline, jowls, chin, temples, nose, under-eyes, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, smokers' lines and the hands.
How long does dermal filler last? It depends on the area and the product. In the lips and other fine areas, it typically lasts 6 to 9 months. In the cheeks and jaw, it typically lasts 9 to 12 months or longer.
Does dermal filler hurt?
Most clients find it comfortable. We apply numbing cream first, most fillers contain lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, and extra local anaesthetic is available for more sensitive areas.
Is dermal filler safe?
Hyaluronic acid filler has a well-established safety record when it's given by trained medical professionals. Bruising, swelling and tenderness are common and settle on their own. Rarer risks include infection, lumps and vascular occlusion, where filler blocks a blood vessel. We discuss the risks with you before treatment, are trained to manage complications, and keep emergency medicines and the dissolving enzyme on site.
Can dermal filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme. We also dissolve filler that was placed at another clinic, for £125.
Do you offer dermal fillers for men?
Yes. Men most often have jawline, chin, cheek or under-eye filler, planned to keep masculine proportions.
Do I need a separate consultation?
No. Your consultation is part of your appointment, and a £50 deposit secures your booking.
What's the difference between dermal filler and anti-wrinkle injections?
Filler adds volume and structure. Anti-wrinkle injections relax the muscles that cause lines, and are also used for jawline slimming. Many people combine the two. See our anti-wrinkle injections page.
