Memberships are billed monthly with a minimum term of 3 months from your start date. After the minimum term, your membership continues monthly until cancelled, with 30 days' notice via your account.
Included treatments are one per calendar month (or per quarter where stated), booked via your membership and subject to clinical assessment and suitability. Some treatments require consultation and may not be suitable for everyone. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over and are not redeemable for cash.
Member discounts apply only while your membership is active and are applied in clinic. Benefits are personal to the member and non-transferable, and have no cash value.

WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE A CHEMICAL PEEL?
Chemical peels may not be suitable if:
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You have active acne, cold sores, or an active infection in the treatment area
You have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
You have used Roaccutane (isotretinoin) within the last 6–12 months
You have a known allergy to any peel ingredients (salicylic acid, TCA, lactic acid)
You have very sensitive or compromised skin barrier function
You've recently had laser treatment, waxing, or other resurfacing procedures in the area
Nevertheless, we offer a variety of peels for a variety of people. For example, both our BioRePeel and PRX-T33 peels are suitable for all skin types, can be administered at any time of the year - including summer, and have little to no downtime. WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE A FACIAL?
Facials may not be suitable if:
You have an active skin infection, cold sore, or open wound in the treatment area
You have severe active acne with widespread inflammation (may need medical treatment first)
You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any products used
You've had recent sunburn or sun damage in the treatment area
You've had recent facial surgery or are still healing from another treatment
You have a diagnosed skin condition (such as eczema or rosacea flare-up) that hasn't been assessed by your practitioner
HOW DO FACIALS & PEELS WORK?
Facials work primarily at the surface level. Cleansing removes dirt, oil and dead skin cells, while massage techniques stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage, giving an immediate, visible glow. Hydrating and nourishing products are then applied to support the skin's moisture barrier, leaving it looking refreshed and healthy — without any disruption to the deeper skin structure.
Chemical peels work at a deeper level. Acids carefully selected for your skin (such as salicylic, lactic, glycolic or trichloroacetic acid) are applied to deliberately remove damaged outer layers of skin. This controlled exfoliation triggers your body's natural healing response — increasing cell turnover and stimulating collagen production as new, healthier skin reveals itself underneath.
Some modern peel technologies (such as biphasic or "no-peel" formulations) - such as BioRePeel and PRX-T33 are specifically designed to deliver these deeper regenerative benefits while minimising or eliminating the visible peeling traditionally associated with this category of treatment.
The right choice — and the right strength — depends entirely on your skin type, concern, and tolerance for downtime, which is why every treatment at Sebastian Rose begins with a full skin consultation and analysis.
FAQ'S
Can I have a facial and a peel in the same appointment?
It depends on the treatments involved. Some facials and peels work well combined in one session, while others — particularly deeper peels — need a few days' recovery before anything else is added. Your practitioner will advise what's safe to combine at consultation.
Which is better for acne scarring — a facial or a peel?
Peels generally offer more significant improvement for acne scarring, since they work at a deeper level to stimulate collagen and remodel skin texture. Facials can support healing and maintain results between peel sessions, but typically aren't strong enough alone to meaningfully improve scarring.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by treatment. Most peels (such as Jessner's or BioRePeel) are delivered as a course of 3–6 sessions, while PRX-T33 typically needs 4–6 sessions for full results. Facials can be a one-off treatment or ongoing monthly maintenance — there's no fixed number.
Will I have any downtime?
Facials have no downtime. Peels vary — some, like PRX-T33 and BioRePeel, are designed with minimal to no visible downtime, while deeper or more traditional peels may cause redness or visible peeling for several days.
Is one option "better" than the other?
Not necessarily — they serve different purposes. Facials are about maintenance, relaxation and immediate glow. Peels are about deeper, more corrective change. Many of our best results come from combining both as part of an ongoing skincare plan, not choosing one over the other permanently.
