Aesthetic treatment is an investment, and how you pay for it shouldn't be the reason you put it off. At Sebastian Rose in Cardiff you can secure your appointment with a deposit and settle the balance in clinic, split the cost into three interest-free instalments over 60 days with Klarna, or pay nothing for 30 days. Every option costs exactly the same as paying outright — there is no premium for spreading it, and no interest or fees when you pay on time. Klarna is available both online at checkout and in clinic on the day.

Are there any fees or interest?
No. Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days are interest-free with no fees when you pay on time. A £240 Profhilo treatment split into three is three payments of £80 — £240 in total, the same as paying in one go. Klarna may charge you if a payment is missed, so check their terms before you choose it.
Can I use Klarna in clinic, or only online?
Both. Klarna is available at online checkout and in clinic on the day. If you decide on something additional while you're with us — an extra area, a skin booster alongside your filler — you can use Klarna for it there and then.
Do you offer payment plans for courses of treatment?
Yes. Several of our regenerative treatments are priced as courses, which works out lower than booking sessions individually — polynucleotide hair restoration is £899 for four sessions against £398 for one, and PRP is £999 for three against £399. We also run three monthly memberships: Glow at £69, Renew at £129 and Icon at £249. Klarna can be used alongside any of these.
Does using Klarna affect my credit score?
Klarna runs a soft search when you check out, which does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other lenders. Missing payments is a different matter — Klarna may report missed payments to credit reference agencies, which can affect your ability to borrow. Only choose it if you're confident about the instalment dates.
How do I choose Klarna when booking?
For Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days, select "Pay full amount" at checkout, then choose the Klarna option you want on the Klarna payment screen. To pay a deposit instead and settle the rest in clinic, select "Pay deposit". You'll see all options before you confirm.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, and for treatments booked with a consultation the deposit comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. If you need to move your appointment, our terms require 48 hours' notice. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us as early as you can — 48 hours' notice is required under our terms. If you have already started a Klarna plan, your agreement is with Klarna rather than with us, so speak to them about the payments as well as to us about the appointment.
Who is Klarna and who am I actually paying?
Klarna is a regulated payment provider used by thousands of UK businesses. When you choose Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days, Klarna pays us in full and your agreement for the instalments is with Klarna, not with Sebastian Rose. If you pay a deposit instead, you are paying us directly and Klarna isn't involved at all.
