MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Full clinical assessment, honest advice about whether treatment is right for you.
HOW TO GET STARTED
There are two routes, depending on whether we have assessed you before. Please choose the right one — starting in the wrong place will only delay you.

NEW PATIENTS
Where do I start?
With a full online assessment. It takes around fifteen minutes.
What will I need?
Photo ID, your GP practice details, a list of your current medications, and your scales. You will be asked to photograph yourself on them with the reading visible.
Why the photographs?
We are required to verify your height and weight independently rather than take them on trust. Your prescriber compares the photographs against the figures you give.
Who reviews it?
Our NMC / GMC prescribers
Will I definitely be approved?
No. This is a clinical assessment, not an order. If treatment is not appropriate for you, we will tell you and explain why, and you will not be charged for medication.
Do I need to be registered with a GP?
Yes. This is not optional. We notify your GP that you have started treatment, and being registered is a condition of the service.

EXISTING PATIENTS
Do I need to do anything before ordering?
No. If we have already assessed you and prescribed for you, go straight to the product, select your dose and check out.
Do I need to complete the assessment again?
No — not unless we have asked you to.
What if something has changed?
Then tell us before you order. Email info@sebastianrose.co.uk or call 0800 772 0137. That means any new diagnosis, any change to your medication, any side effects that concerned you, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.
Will that stop my supply?
Usually not. But the decision needs to be ours rather than assumed, and it takes two minutes to tell us.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders are checked by your prescriber before dispatch. We aim to send same working day where the order is placed before 2pm.
When should I stop and call rather than order?
Severe or persistent stomach pain. Vomiting you can't keep on top of. Anything that has frightened you. A new diagnosis, a new medication, or pregnancy.
