Medik8 Intelligent Retinol 10TR is a high strength vitamin A night serum containing 1% retinol. It is part of Medik8's Intelligent Retinol range, which uses Time Release technology to deliver retinol gradually through the night, so the skin gets the benefits of vitamin A with less of the dryness and sensitivity often associated with traditional retinol products.
Retinol helps improve the look of fine lines, uneven texture and dullness by supporting the skin's natural renewal cycle. Medik8 pairs it with climbazole, which the brand says boosts vitamin A activity without the usual irritation, alongside squalane to nourish the skin barrier and vitamin E for antioxidant protection. Medik8 describes the result as skin that looks visibly smoother and brighter, with a more youthful-looking complexion.
The 10TR strength is the highest concentration in the Intelligent Retinol range and is intended for experienced retinol users whose skin already tolerates 6TR well. It is used in the evening after cleansing and before moisturiser, with a broad-spectrum SPF every morning.
