The Ultimate Recovery Bio-Cellulose Mask is Medik8's hydrating mineral sheet mask, designed to comfort and restore dry, irritated or post-treatment skin. Each biodegradable bio-cellulose sheet clings closely to the face and, in Medik8's words, creates a veil that locks in the benefits of its lightweight, mineral-rich serum.
The serum combines zinc, a mineral that helps balance and soothe the look of the skin, with hyaluronic acid to draw moisture into the upper layers for a plumper, suppler feel. Rockweed algae extract, a brown seaweed rich in minerals, helps support moisture and resilience. Medik8 reports that the mask helps smooth the look of fine lines caused by dehydration. It is vegan and free from parabens, alcohol, synthetic dyes and artificial fragrance.
