Morning and evening, after cleansing and toning. Apply 2-3 pumps of ELASTIderm Firming Facial Serum to the face, neck and decolletage and let it absorb. Dot the Firming Eye Cream around the orbital bone and smooth in gently until absorbed - a small amount is enough, and it should not be dragged across the lid. Finish by patting the Lift Up & Sculpt Facial Moisturiser on in an upward motion. In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or above. All three are used twice daily; there is no building-up period.

Bi-Mineral Contour Complex (all three products): Obagi's patented blend of zinc, copper and malonate, formulated to support the stages of healthy elastin development. Polyglutamic acid (moisturiser): a humectant that holds substantially more water than hyaluronic acid. Sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer, squalane and shea butter: hydration and barrier support across the routine. Beta-glucan (moisturiser): soothing and hydrating. Liquorice root and blueberry fruit extracts plus vitamin E (eye cream): antioxidant support for the thinner skin around the eye.

This is a routine that rewards consistency rather than one that shows overnight. Obagi's clinical testing puts visible lifting and sculpting from the moisturiser at around six weeks, with their published before-and-after imagery taken at twelve. The serum's eight-week assessment reported firmer-looking skin and reduced crepiness. In practice, expect hydration and a smoother surface within the first fortnight, with changes to firmness and contour becoming noticeable from about six weeks and continuing to build to around three months. Use all three twice daily - the clinical results come from the full routine, not one product in isolation. Results vary between individuals.

A daily broad-spectrum SPF does more for firmness over time than any cream, so Obagi Sun Shield Mineral SPF 50 belongs with this kit. ELASTIderm Neck & Decollete Concentrate extends the same technology below the jawline, which is where loss of firmness is often most obvious. ELASTIderm Advanced Filler Concentrate layers underneath for a plumper finish. Are all three products full size? Yes - 50ml moisturiser, 30ml serum and 15g eye cream, the same sizes we sell individually.

Can I use the eye cream on the lid itself? Apply around the orbital bone rather than on the moving lid. The product migrates upward naturally.

Can I use this alongside a retinol? Yes. Use the retinol at night after the ELASTIderm serum, or alternate nights if your skin is sensitive. Nothing in this kit conflicts with vitamin A.

Will it lift sagging skin? It is formulated to improve the look of firmness and crepey texture, and Obagi's testing supports that. It will not do what a treatment does. If laxity is pronounced, book a consultation and we will tell you honestly what homecare can and cannot achieve.

How long will it last? Around three months of twice-daily use for the serum and moisturiser; the eye cream usually lasts longer.
