Obagi Nu-Cil Eyebrow Boosting Serum is a nightly brow serum for thinning, patchy or over-plucked brows, designed to improve the look of fuller, thicker, darker eyebrows.
It's powered by Obagi's NouriPlex technology, a blend of ingredients including biotin, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate to condition brow hairs, applied with a spoolie that reaches the base of each brow hair.
