During your consultation we'll discuss your concerns in full, assess your facial anatomy or skin, and guide you through every available option — whether that's Botox, dermal filler, polynucleotides, skin boosters, collagen stimulators, weight loss treatments, medical-grade skincare, or something else entirely. We believe in honest, expert guidance that prioritises your safety and delivers natural, confidence-enhancing results. Please Note — Mandatory 48-Hour Consultations Due to UK aesthetic regulations, a face-to-face consultation is legally required at least 48 hours before treatment for the following services: anti-wrinkle injections, Biotin injections, Vitamin B12 injections, dermal filler dissolving, WOW Fusion treatment with Botox, weight loss medication, and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) treatment. By booking any of these services, you confirm that you understand treatment cannot be provided on the same day as your consultation. Consultation Fees For most treatments, your consultation deposit is fully redeemable against your treatment when you book. For weight loss consultations, skincare consultations, and acne consultations, a £50 fee applies which is not redeemable against treatment. If following your consultation you are deemed unsuitable for treatment or choose not to proceed, a £10 fee applies to cover the practitioner's time — except where a £50 consultation fee has already been charged.
