About this treatment

Dermal filler replaces volume that age, weight change or genetics have taken away, and adds definition where there wasn't much to begin with. Cheeks, jawline, chin, lips, temples, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and non-surgical rhinoplasty — all in one place, so you can see every option and what it costs before you book. How the pricing works Filler is sold by volume, in millilitres, and every clinic's "from" price hides the same question: how much will I actually need? Here is our answer, in plain terms. Every price listed is for 1ml, with two exceptions. Jawline is priced at 2ml, because one is almost never enough to create a defined jaw. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a fixed price — we use whatever volume the nose needs, and the price does not change. For everything else, 1ml is the starting point, not a promise. Cheeks, jowls and jawline in particular often need more. A patient in their thirties restoring a little cheek projection may need one syringe. A patient with significant midface volume loss may need three. Neither is a problem, and neither is a surprise if we discuss it first. So: we assess your face, tell you honestly what it will take to get the result you want, and give you the full price before anything is opened. If that number is more than you want to spend, we will tell you what a smaller amount will and won't achieve, and you can decide. We would rather do half a job well and stage the rest than pretend 1ml does something it doesn't. Lips are the exception to all of this in the nicest way — you choose the volume, from 0.5ml upwards, and you pay for what you choose. Who treats you Every filler treatment here is carried out by an NMC / GMC registered medical aesthetic experts with over 10 years full time medical aesthetics experience and over 20 years in healthcare. We use MHRA-licensed products from UK-authorised distributors only, never imported or grey-market stock. We hold hyaluronidase on site and the prescribing rights to use it. Your appointment A full facial assessment, a discussion of what is realistic, and a written price before we start. Results are immediate, with swelling settling over a week or two. Most fillers last 9 to 18 months depending on the product and the area.
