Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal filler to reshape the profile of the nose without surgery. It's one of the most technically demanding treatments in aesthetics, and one of the most transformative when it's done well. WHAT IT CAN DO Filler adds volume — it cannot remove it. What it does is change the line your eye follows down the profile. Placing product above and below a dorsal hump creates a straighter bridge. A small amount at the tip lifts and refines a drooping or downturned nose. Precise placement can improve asymmetry and give better definition to a flat or poorly defined bridge. For many people the visual change is significant, and it takes fifteen minutes rather than a general anaesthetic and weeks of recovery. WHAT IT CANNOT DO It cannot make your nose smaller - but it will make it appear smaller. It cannot narrow a wide nose, correct a significantly deviated septum, or improve breathing. It will not resolve issues that need surgical rhinoplasty. WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES This is full nose liquid rhinoplasty — filler to the bridge and tip as required. SAFETY — PLEASE READ The nose has a limited blood supply and its vessels connect to the circulation around the eye. Non-surgical rhinoplasty carries a higher risk of vascular complication than any other filler treatment, which is why the practitioner matters more here than anywhere else. Treatment at Sebastian Rose is carried out by GMC or NMC-registered medical professionals that specialise in non-surgical rhinoplasties. We have treated hundreds of non-surgical patients over a decade, with zero complications. We are ACE Group World members, carry dissolving agent on site, and are trained in the full emergency protocol for vascular complications. We will not treat you if you have ever had surgical rhinoplasty, or if you have permanent or semi-permanent filler already in the nose. WHAT TO EXPECT Treatment takes around fifteen minutes with numbing cream applied first. Results are visible immediately. Expect mild swelling and tenderness for two to three days; bruising is uncommon but possible. Results typically last 12-18 months. Filler is temporary and results are maintained with repeat treatment. Every treatment includes full consultation during the booking appointment itself.
