A Nose Tip Lift is a targeted treatment for the nasal tip only. A small, precisely placed amount of dermal filler lifts and defines a tip that droops, appears rounded, or lacks definition. It suits people who are happy with the bridge and overall shape of their nose but want the tip refined. Because the tip sits at the centre of the profile, a small change here has a disproportionate effect on how the whole nose reads. WHAT IT DOES Filler placed at the base of the columella and at the tip itself creates rotation and projection, lifting the tip and giving it more definition. The change is subtle in isolation and noticeable in profile. Very little product is used. This is a treatment where restraint produces the better result. WHAT IT CANNOT DO This treats the tip only. It will not smooth a dorsal hump, straighten the bridge, narrow a wide nose, correct a deviated septum or improve breathing. SAFETY — PLEASE READ The nose has a limited blood supply, and its vessels connect to the circulation around the eye. Nasal filler carries a higher risk of vascular complication than any other filler treatment, and the tip is one of the most demanding areas within it. Product volume matters here for safety as well as aesthetics — the nasal tip has little room to accommodate filler, and overfilling raises pressure in a confined space. This is why we use small volumes and why the practitioner matters. We will not treat you if you have had surgical rhinoplasty in the last twelve months, or if you have permanent or semi-permanent filler already in place in the nose. WHAT TO EXPECT Treatment takes around 20 minutes with numbing cream applied first. Injection time is only a few minutes. Results are visible immediately. Expect mild swelling and tenderness at the tip for two to three days. Bruising is uncommon here but possible. Results typically last 12-18 months. Filler is temporary and maintained with repeat treatment.
