Polynucleotides are not just a face treatment. The same biological mechanism that makes PDRN so effective for facial skin regeneration — adenosine A2A receptor activation, fibroblast stimulation, collagen and elastin synthesis — works equally powerfully on body skin that has become thin, crepey, lax or structurally compromised. At Sebastian Rose we use premium polynucleotide brands including Mastelli, Plinest, Plenhyage and Rejuran for body treatment — selected based on the treatment area and specific skin concern. Your practitioner will recommend the correct product and protocol at consultation. Treatment areas include: neck, décolletage, inner arms, abdomen, inner thighs, knees, hands and stretch marks anywhere on the body. Stretch marks: polynucleotides stimulate new collagen formation within the damaged dermal tissue. Most effective for red or purple striae rubrae (active phase). Meaningful improvement achievable for mature silver marks, though complete elimination is not possible with any non-surgical treatment. Post-weight-loss skin laxity: polynucleotides are particularly effective for patients who have lost weight through lifestyle changes or weight loss injections and are experiencing loose or crepey skin on the arms, stomach or thighs.
