Radiesse is an injectable calcium hydroxylapatite collagen stimulator from Merz Aesthetics. It gives immediate structure and lift, then encourages your skin to produce new collagen and elastin over the following months, for firmer, better-defined contours. Used for: - Jawline definition and early jowling - Chin projection - Cheek structure and mid-face support - Nasolabial folds and marionette lines - Neck and décolletage laxity (hyperdilute) - Hand rejuvenation (hyperdilute) Radiesse is not used in the lips or under the eyes, and unlike hyaluronic acid filler it cannot be dissolved, so every treatment begins with a full medical consultation and facial assessment. Most Radiesse products contain lidocaine, and numbing cream is available. You may have swelling, tenderness or bruising for a few days. Collagen builds over 4–12 weeks, and results are commonly reported to last around 12–18 months, although this varies. Not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection in the area, a bleeding disorder, a history of keloid scarring or severe allergies. Some autoimmune conditions and medications need to be discussed first. A £50 deposit is required to book and is deducted in full from your treatment.
