WOW Fusion is one of the most effective treatments we offer for acne-prone skin and acne scarring — combining the collagen-inducing benefits of microneedling with a bespoke mesotherapy cocktail blended specifically for your skin's needs on the day of treatment. For active acne and congested skin, your practitioner will blend a cocktail targeting sebum control, inflammation reduction and pore minimisation — typically incorporating micro-tox (diluted botulinum toxin) to reduce oil gland activity and refine pore size, alongside vitamins and anti-inflammatory actives to calm and brighten. The micro-tox component is particularly effective for oily, congested skin — reducing sebum production, minimising pore appearance and creating the cleaner, more refined skin texture that prevents future breakouts. For post-acne scarring and hyperpigmentation, the microneedling element creates controlled micro-channels that trigger the skin's collagen induction response — progressively remodelling scar tissue and improving skin texture — while the bespoke serum delivers active brightening and regenerative ingredients directly to the depth where they have maximum effect. Results develop progressively across a course of treatment. Most patients with acne or acne scarring require a course of 4 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results.
