WHAT IS SUNEKOS?
Sunekos is an injectable treatment combining hyaluronic acid with a patented amino acid complex — the HY6AA formula — to stimulate the skin's own production of both collagen and elastin. It is a CE-marked Class III medical device developed in Italy, and the only injectable treatment clinically proven to simultaneously regenerate both structural proteins.
WHAT MAKES SUNEKOS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SKIN BOOSTERS?
Most skin boosters deliver hyaluronic acid for hydration. Some biostimulators stimulate collagen. Sunekos is unique in that it stimulates both collagen and elastin simultaneously — delivering building blocks directly to the fibroblast cells responsible for producing both proteins. It also inhibits hyaluronidase, the enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid, helping protect the skin's own existing HA reserves.
IS SUNEKOS A FILLER?

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
Protocols vary depending on the area and your skin. Under-eye and forehead: 3 sessions, 14 days apart. Neck and décolletage: 4 sessions, 7–10 days apart. Full face prevention: 4 sessions, 7–10 days apart. Full face treatment: 1 combined Sunekos 1200 + 200 session followed by 3 further sessions. Body: 3–4 sessions, 7 days apart. Your clinician will confirm the correct protocol at consultation.
HOW LONG DO RESULTS LAST?
Results typically last 6 months. Maintenance is recommended twice yearly for most areas. Results are cumulative — patients who maintain their treatment programme consistently see progressive improvement over time.
IS IT PAINFUL?
Most patients find Sunekos comfortable. Numbing cream can be applied beforehand if needed. The treatment involves small microinjections across the treatment area and takes 15–45 minutes depending on the area being treated.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT?
Small bumps at injection sites for a few hours, possible mild redness and tenderness. There is a small risk of bruising as with any injectable treatment. Avoid touching the area for one hour and avoid makeup for six hours following treatment.
WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SUNEKOS?
Sunekos is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area, or have a known allergy to any product components.
